define sulfer, to some people its rotten eggs, to some its other things, i grew up near coal mines, i know sulfer smell.
If you think your exhaust is plugged up and you replaced the cat, well, what else could there be? Muffler? thats all there could be.
A burning sensation of the eyes with exhuast fumes is also said to be "sulfer" this is due to a rich condition, some times lean as well.

The smell is like....gasy exhuast smoggy smell. doesnt do it when im driveing easy but when i try and take off fast , thats when it smells

i'm not getting the fact that it smells, exhaust shoudl never reak of sulfer, as i stated before its confused with other things but it is not sulfer.
if you can figure out what exactly it is, that would be helpful.
there are no coponents in our cars combined that would make enough sulfer through the exhaust for us to distiguish it outside in open air. Its nearly impossible. sure our cars in greta numbers make acid rain, but thats not just one car!
my guess is that your running lean, and in doing this your ending up burnign the exhaust components or the carbon buildup make a distiguished smell, but its not sulfer.
Try changing your fuel filter is this hasn't been done yet.
You could try by changing spark plugs an incomplete burn will cause rich conditions. They are $1.09/a piece for bosch super's at your local autozone.
Correcting a lean rich condition is difficult, if nothing has been done to the car as engine swap injector swap, maf and stuf the engine should basically have air/fuel down to a point. but it should never get far enough off to cause these conditons.
I still think its time for you to take a 2 hour long constant road trip, and breakin your muffler(if not already) and your "striaght pipe."
