ac delete pulley or belt size to bypass ac
My clutch has had some issues for awhile now and today it locked up for good and the closest belt I could find was a 845k6 but I could only get it on by taking the bolts out of the alternator and shoving the hell outa the belt to get it on.
Now that its on its not tight enough it got me home But I wont trust it for higher rpms. Any bypass their ac compressor and still know the belt number or know where to get a ac delete pulley and what they run? crap forgot to say waht the car was 91 camaro 5.7 serp setup
another theory is to get an even smaller belt and by pass the smog pump also considering the air tubes aren't hooked up. From what I hear all the smog pump does is pump air into the tubes that aren't there then into the manifolds correct?

I bought mine from gmpartsdirect.com cheap prices, but they charge you a little shipping cost. Usually still cheaper than buying from my dealership and ebay normally wants you to drop $50-$75 on these pullies.
I don't know about everyone else, but my original bolts would not fit back in cause they touched the pulley lip. I end'd up going to the hardware store and gettting longer bolts, then cutting them to the right length so I could screw in the bracket from the backside and have the bolts mount flush on the front.
