ok so let me start out....my ignition lock cylinder quit turning so i replaced that...and now my car wont start. It clicks but wont start. Theres a little white plug in the steering wheel column that has two copper or brass prongs coming off of it. When i put it back it the cylinder wont turn, but when its out the cylinder turns. The car wont start either way. I've checked all the fuses and assembled everything correctly what could be the problem?

 

VATS?

I havent had a VATS column apart but that would be my first guess for whats screwing with you...
