Need the name of a simple part
Hey guys, when I was putting on my headers I broke what i think is a temp sensor. It screws into the block or head and is between cylinder 6 and 8 on the pass side of the enginea wire comes up and connects to it. When I took it out, lots of antifreeze came out. Do I have the right name for the part?

so pass side is fan switch and driver side is temp sensor?

Correct on the fan switch. I would get a lower temp one since you're replacing it anyway. There is a listing in the cooling section in a thread with part #'s, etc. Drivers side is the sending unit for the temp gauge.
