Angled plug holed heads, good or not?

Tried to post about this yesterday, but since it was 1 april, you know..

Well, thing is, I've been looking at the world heads, and they seem to me to have angled plug holed heads, and I wonder if that will limit header choice, or if in fact it's good. I had in mind to use the hooker 2055, and I wonder if it will work or not.

But basicly, is angled plug holed heads in general a wise choice, or something one should avoid?

Angled plugs are good... they help make a little bit more power, and can make it easier to remove plugs when using headers as well, depending on the set you use. Look in the exhaust board to see what headers will work (or not work) with angle plug heads.

Yup. You want angle plug heads, especially with flat top pistons. It puts the electrode in a more ideal spot in the chamber.

Well, ok, did a whole 3 hour read through the archives about motown heads and headers without finding any information of significanse really. Although I did stumble upon a post where I thought " hey this guy is on to something..." and then realized it was my own post from two years back...lol

Guess I never found an answer to it.

what is the answer you're looking for that hasn't been answered in this thread?

*angle plug heads make better power in your case
*and they will provide more than adequate header clearance.

Ok, yes and thanks for the answers. But as far as specific experience with motown heads, I can't find anything on these boards atleast. Just read through some posts thats having clearance problems with afr angle plug heads using slp headers, and the answers aren't as simple as a yes or no. Seems afr atleast have two angles to their heads, regular angle heads and L98 angle heads, besides straight of course. Now that was with slp headers, I just wondered if anyone had any hands on experience with motown heads and hooker 2055. But I guess it should work out fine.
