where does this vac hose go?
im in the process of fixing all the vacuum hoses that were destroyed in my car, i fixed just about all of them except one, im not sure where this goes or what its purpose is, i attached the best pictures i could of it to this post. im still new to the whole car scene and i was wondering, when i was driving the car it was a total dog, found out the distributer was loose. even though its much much better, it still hangs in 1st gear for a while, does a vacuum leak/broken vac hose cause this?
also do you guys have any idea what size those bolts are on the y-pipe? i need to get a nut for one of the bolts. thanks so much for any help guys!

its been so long since i ran tpi but if i remember correctly, that hose is for you hvac. with it pluged, should not effect engine performance any. for the hanging in first gear, have you adjusted your TV cable?

for adjusting shift point (tv cable) click this link from the main page
https://www.thirdgen.org/detent
and for hvac, that controls your heater/ac. I think it has to do with the different levels of power (low/med/high)
