The other night I noticed that my p/s headlight is dimmer than the d/s, so I replaced it but that wasn't the problem. When you hit the brights the p/s doesn't go bright, and I also noticed that the little blue light on the instrument panel is faintly lit when the brights are OFF.....Where should I start?

check all grounds....sounds you have a loose ground or a bad ground connection

 

It's the ground on the pass side, if that's the side were the light goes out when you put it in Bright.
