Strange Noise

I stored my car over the winter and last week I got it out to do some routine maintenance: oil change, rotate tires, etc.. When I drove it to my garage, approx 200 ft, there were no noises or anything unusual. The next day when I went to back it out of the garage there was a scraping noise and vibration that resonated out of the driver side wheel well and it felt like the front brakes had frozen because it was difficult to reverse (and the grinding noise). I replaced the driver side caliper and the wheel bearings (with testing in-between), and they did not fix the noise.
I drove it around tonight to try to see if that would help, and now the scraping noise only occurs at low speeds or when I turn the wheel to the left at high speeds. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated so I can get the car going for the summer.

When I was working on it, I rotated the tires (X pattern back to front). I have stock Formula rims, would this cause a problem?

Problem solved. The back wheels are wider than the front, when I switched them back it sounds great. Tore off the wheel weights .

Luckily I didn't have to get new rims, but it left some healthy scratch marks and ripped the weights off. Oh well, live and learn.
