i need the degrees at which the valves open and close

i need the degrees at which the valves open and close or the timing on the cam for a stock 89 iroc tuneport 350

Depends heavily on engine temperature.

Cam specs for an '89 350 TPI in an F-Body (automatic only) are:

GM P/N 10066049 0.415"/0.430", 207°/213° @ 0.050" lifts, 117.0° LSA (116°/-118°)
