Wierd noises from suspension or tranny?

Car: 89 GTA.
Engine: 357
Transmission: 700 R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23 I think?
Wierd noises from suspension or tranny?
Ok..I have an 89 GTA with a new 357 in it and it runs perfect!...but when I come to a stop or even leave from a dead stop...somthing pops...it kinda sounds like a tranny noise, but i'm not sure, I put in a new tranny mount bushing, so I know it is not that. Car drives straight as an arrow, the car has 106,000 babied miles on it. It feels like something binds up, then releases with a slight pop. Anyone have any Ideas?? A sub frame maybe??

could this also happen while driving my firbeird did that the other day, tiny bit of hesitation
from the rear end area
