Ive looked all over and i cant seem to find the answer to this. Please help. I have a three wire ALT. Well tech. four. Thick red off Batt to back of ALT. then a three wire plug. The wires are Red, Brown, Tan/White. I dont have any idea where any of these go but my Batt is not charging.
I know the red goes to the Starter
Red = 12V
Brown & Tan = 0V the brown disapears into the wireing mess in the back of the engine I guess my biggest thing is the Tan wire, where does it go to its cut so im pretty sure thats my problem.

New Batt. & New ALT. that was just tested.

I have this kind of in a another thread, the all the charging questions have gotten me to this but havnt heard any back sence.
