wont start
ok i wash under the hood and now it wont start. everything works except for the radio, ignition, locks, windows, instrument panel, pretty much everything in that area. i did check all the fuses under the fuse panel they were all good. it has a band spanking new battery so i know its not that. and to me it deffently seems that there is no power getting to this area. it has to be from washing it. i have let it sit a week after washing still nothing. it is a 1990 305 tbi camaro. if anyone can help me thanks.

Check for power to and from the starter enable relay. It's behind the drivers side kick panel. If you've got 12v at both terminals there, then you've got a break in the circuit between there and the solenoid. Chances are that would be a toasted fusable link at the starter.
