Header proof wires????

Does anyone have a good type of spark plug wire or asbestos sleve that really works when slp headers are used??? I am getting tired of burnt spark plug end boots on # 6 and 8.

I use the MSD wire sleeve kit and it has saved so many wire sets, but it is still not perfect. Proper routing is the only way to really keep them off the headers. I am still trying to figure out what is the best way to route them under the headers and not burn them on the #8 & #6.

You could try Jacobs Electronics wires, they have ceramic boots, you can find them in the Summit catalog. I am currently using them and are happy with them. No more melted boots.
