Car Wont Start!!!!! Please HELP

Its a 89 iroc LB9 5 speed swap, In the past two weeks I have replaced MSD cap, rotor, coil, KEM ignition module, spark plugs. I have recently had a high idle problem. I have replaced the IAC and the EGR solanoid still no fix. It has started since, with still high idle(2600) so I left the car for a few days. Then I went to start the car a few days later, No start. It turns over freely, checked for spark no spark. So i assumed it was ignition module , i replaced it with AC Delco. No start. Then checked the pick up coil, no resistance, so i relaced it with AC Delco. Still no spark, I have no computer codes, I do have power at coil, and at the top of distributor cap from coil. Please help It used to be my daily driver, no im using the bus. Thanks Patrick

by "LB9, 5sp. swap" what was swapped? The whole engine, or eng. and tranny both? What was originally in it, and were there ANY problems before the swap?

The car is origanally a LB9 with 700R4, I swapped a T-5 in. The high idle issue was before the tranny swap. Other than that the car has ran fine since the tranny swap about 2 months ago.
