Hydraulic roller lifters

I am buying a set of new heads, and the machine shop wants to know if I am using a hydraulic roller cam. I would like to use the lt4 hot cam. How do I know if my current car has that without pulling it apart? I have an 89 iroc 5.7L with tpi. I think it has the wrong engine in it. I think it has a tbi engine. Would that ,matter?

If it's the original engine, it's a roller cam.
