Bunch of codes, but runs great

I recently put headers on my 92 and ran them open and got the O2 code

No biggie, it went out when I put the full exhaust and an O2 back on there and cleared the O2 code

But now Im getting alot more codes and the car performs as good if not better than it did with no codes

Ive cleared the comp twice and the codes are comming back so theres something wrong

I have 2 Haynes manuals and they both say something diff for each code

Old Haynes:
32 : Baro Sensor circuit - carb'd models only N/A for my 92
43 : Knock sensor - I relocated my knock sensor from the pass side of the block to the drivers, the original broke so I put a new one in. Shouldnt the car run like poo if the ECM detects excessive spark knock?
54 : M/C solenoid - carb'd models only, Whats a M/C solenoid? Again N/A

New Haynes:
32 : EGR - Makes a lil more sense but still shouldnt it affect my performance?
43 : Knock sensor - See above
54 : Fuel pump circuit - Fuel pump, Fuel relay, Oil press sensor Fuel pumps a year old, relay dunno, oil press sender I took out to get the header by but reinstalled. Got good oil pressure during run time.

I got the code 32 a year and a half ago, cleared the computer and it never came back

Ive got a slight stumble at idle, feels like a vaccuum line thats leaking but not bad

Im getting great performance and gas milage, the light is just annoying

Any ideers before I play the replace everything game?

With multiple and seemingly unrelated codes, it's always a good to check common wiring points, like the grounding at the engine, ECM connectors, power connections, etcetera. Since twe of the codes are basically electrical (43, 54) and one is vacuum/mechanical/electrical (32) there doesn't seem to be any direct relationship between them. Of course, you'll want to check the basic devices identified by the error codes, like the EGR valve and solenoid, knock sensor connections, and test running fuel pump voltage.

The stumble is probably stemming from whatever threw the 32. Knock sensor wires, sensors, insulation, etc. has been know to become damaged after header installs due to heat (coated?). Probably similar on the oil sensor. Could be an old wire that had a heart attack when you gave it some excersice.
