76 cc chambers
Is there any real good use for 76 cc chambers, aside from maybe supercharging?

YUP...to hold down that camaro car cover during those tornadoes..
I am just joking..you can make any set of heads in something good.Like Fast68 says you can reduce them or if you have pistons with a high compression they will become useful. You could use them for a turbo set-up as well. Some have smog ports and should not be used on high performance applications..

well it depends on what pistons you run
what casting ones are you in RE of ?
can be milled to reduce the CC volume,
save them

10-20 years ago... yes.
Today... not really unless you're trying to drop compression.
The vast vast majority of the performance-oriented cylinder heads built for the small block Chevy these days are ~64cc. I can't think of many large-chamber performance SBC heads these days (Dart and AFR make 72-74cc heads that are definitely high performance heads).
Any factory 76cc head was strictly for emissions reasons. None of them were "high performance" in any way, compared to the excellent aftermarket heads that are available these days.
