Very bright bulb, factory defect???

As I was redoing th einterior of my car, I decided hell with it and buy all new rear light bulbs and so i didnt have to open the back again. Now after I've done that, one of the bulbs on my left side is really really bright. Could it be a factory defect or something like that??

No...

More likely you have it installed backwards, such that the brake light filament is being fed by the tail light circuit, and vice-versa.
