Car: 1986 z28 and 1989 RS v6
Engine: 350 carb and 2.8 MPFI
Transmission: 700r4
fuel gauge

I recently pulled the 305 TPI out of my 86 Z28 and replaced it with a carbuerated crate 350. Everything works great except my fuel gauge. It worked fine before the rebuild. I am getting 12 volts to the fuel pump and 9 volts in the other wire. Someone said that I need my relay switch. That is hooked up to the computer I thought (which of course is in a box in the garage). Any ideas?
