Leaking Base Plate Bolt

Looks like I have some oil leaking out of one of the bolts on the passenger side. I was thinking maybe I could use some thread sealer or something. Can I pull the bolt without taking the plenum and runners off?

If you can remove the bolt without removing the runners, than yes.You can put thead sealant on the treads of the bolt.Sould fix the leak.
