fuel pressure suddenly drops!!!!
my 87 iroc just got finished being restored and it now drops off in fuel pressure.
ok here it goes
new fuel pump , new filter have checked the regulater no signs of leaks.
when the car is cold or for the first 10 min or so the car runs like a champ.
once it heats up i go to stab the throttle and the fuel pressure drops from 40 to 15 and the engine stumbles.
if i shut the car off and start it back up its fine for a little while longer. then it drops in fuel pressure again.
i can drive this car all day long with out a problem as long as i dont gun it.
im pulling my hair out!!!!!
