i didnt know where to put this so i guess here is a good place for now...

i just bought my gf a 86 305 T.P.I for now. she wants some parts on it so i did the suspension. now whats left? got a cat back and a few other things.


my question was that i was looking at that march 3 piece set. something like the power/amp series and the performance series. whats the difference? i wanna go with the performance 3 piece but what will be affected?i know they say the alternator will be running little lower but what if i replace the stock alternator with a higher amp one will that even things out?

also i wanna gut all the smog and egr crap. is the comp gonna start throwing codes? any chips or anything i gotta buy to fix that problem?

any other help or hints?i don't wanna go all out just a few decent mods till she gets use to the car then a 350 is going in.

i'd skip the pulley set, it'll look nice and in the long run cause problems. i'd also leave the smog and egr crap alone, it's there for a reason, unless you really want to hack up your engine bay and deal with the problems it causes.
