I recently put a has a holley street dominator intake on my car replaced the old intake it was just a stock aluminum one and it has a holley 650 dp which was on the engine before its a fresh engine just got rebuilt about 400 miles on the motor. when i got the intake on and started the motor it did not want to idle down i can turn the adjustment screw all the way out and it will still idle around 1000 rpm its running real rich i think. There also is some white smoke coming out the passenger side exhaust never did this before does this means its rich. would a vacuum leak cause this. thanks

 

A vacuum and coolant leak at the intake flange could certainly exhibit those symptoms.
