Car: FORD 5.0L LX CONVERTIBLE

Engine: 302 V8

Transmission: T5 5 SPEED

Axle/Gears: 3.73

1991 Trans Am GTA 5.7L TPI

As a quick reference is the TPI motor of this particular year speed density or MAF? Also, what is base timing for this particular vehicle?

Engine: LT1; None

Transmission: T56; None

Speed Density, which first appeared in F-bodies in '90, IIRC.

Can't help you on the timing issue.

Thanks for the quick response. Will check my TPS voltage this week to check to see it is in spec! No issues with car. Love driving it!

Base timing should be six degrees BTDC
