i was wondering if a 1967 327 intake will fit on my 1959 283 any help would be appreciated

Yep, it will. The 327 may have a PCV-ish system hooked up to the vent tube in the front though, I'm not totally sure about that. But that would just hook up to a manifold vacuum port if it has that.
