best bang for the buck

I got a 92 RS 305 TBI completly stock, with 90,000 miles on it. I want it to be a daily driver, so very reliable, and mild, yet still somewhat quick. What would be the best mod first. I am kinda looking for bolt on parts, not really wantin to swap to much cam or bottom end, seeing how it doesnt smoke or anything.

Exshuast i priced some headers and a magnaflow muffler for about 250, and run some 3 inch catback????

Intake and bigger throttle body??

Or What??

Thanks for all the help.
