where can i get this type of air filter?

ummm any reason in particular? with a lack of filter area and the position... that filter would perform horribly in the performance department...

Yeah, that filter won't flow very well. It's simply not big enough. If you really want one, I think K&N makes them in kit form maybe. Summit and jegs may also have them.
