will porting intake help?

will porting intake help?

i am in the process of getting a 350 ready for my camaro. i have a wieand 7546 single plane intake. if i just port the intake and not the heads how much of an improvment could that give me?

(depending of course on what heads they are... I'm assuming stock GM ones of about any sort)

yeah they are stock heads, for now. my friend is doing it for me for free so i figured i would get it done now so it is better when i get new heads.
