where can i get this fusible link?
it is the one which splits off into 2 wires, one of the ones off the starter
i already fixed the short which caused it to go bad...
tried napa/kragens and chevy says there is not a part #
so anyone have an oem part number or idea i would put an inline fuse instead but dont know what amperage to go with
if you look under the power/ground distrub diagram its circut c100/a4 which powers the damn ignition switch

I wouldn't bypass it, if there's ever a short in your, there'll be nothing to prevent a fire.
I replaced mine not too long ago, I just picked up some generic GM fusible links from my local auto parts store. Find out what guage the old wires are and pick up a new set. I think rule of thumb is 4 sizes smaller than the wire it protects.
