headlites

any one got an idea of what causes this ok follow me here lowbeam on all 4 head lites lit very dim hi beam on just hibeam lites very brite any help

Car: Yes

Engine: Usually

Transmission: Sometimes

Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere

Both low beam bulbs not grounded properly

Sounds like somebody's been working on the wiring and left something disconnected
