Questions about going stroker

I would like to build a 383 Stroker and I have some questions.

1.What would be the best kit to buy?Which brand is best?
2.Ive seen some kits with 5.7'' rods and some with 6.0'' rods,what is the difference?
3.What would be the best set of aftermarket heads such as Trickflow or Edelbrock?
4.What would be a good cam.
5.What would be a good intake?
6.What size and brand of carb would be the best?

Im am wanting to make around 400 horsepower from this.The motor will be drivin on the street often.This info and any other info is greatly appreciated

I see you have alot of questions, all with multiple right answers.

1. Eagle has a great kit, depends on your budgets though.
2. 5.7 rods need to be clearanced for the longer stroke. Such as the rod bolt shoulders, and the bottom of the bores. 6.0 rods are a better choice which require little or no clearancing.
3. Regardless of popular belief, the heads and cam go hand in hand. Between trickflow and edelbrock I would get trick flow. But trickflow is by far not the best. AFR's are very great, but you need to get a cam to match your heds and vise versa. How streetable do you want, where do you want to red line? Most importantly how much do you want to spend?

5. No right answer, depends on your heads but if you have your run of the mill perimeter bolts, performer RPM isn't a horrible choice. I happen to have one on sale too
