Which coil for HEI, White or Yellow

I have noticed that there are two types of coils available for coil-in-cap HEI disributors. What are the differences between the two other than one has red and white wires, and the other has red and yellow wires? Mine came (used) with a red and white wired factory type coil so I asume that the red and white is all I am supossed to run. Yes/No?

I've used them interchangably and not had a problem, although I'm sure there are differences in the coil as far as it's windings and such. If in doubt, go with the same color wires just to be safe.

in my experience, there should be zero difference, nothing can be worse then stock, so you cant hurt it....
