Need help- My daughters' firebird has not wanted to start (no sound,nothing) 3 times in the last week. I cannot get it to do this for me, starts every time. I put in a new battery 4 months ago, have taken connectors off and cleaned. I drove it to work today and will take it by Autozone today to check for any error codes? service engine light is not on, and have not yet checked the starter/connections ect... She said the trans was in park each time, and it has happened when the engine is hot or cold. Thanks in advance.

 

Sounds like a VATS/Passkey problem. Is the Security dash light on when this happens?
