power loss overnight

I drove my car home and it had tons of power, i could burn em through second gear, i get home change a header gasket and go to bed. Next day i get in my car and notice something off when i started it and when i got to driving it down the road and got on it i found out i lost over half my power. From a sit still a can barely burn a tire now. The motor only has about 15000 miles on it it has a accel high perf dist and super coil so that isnt the prob a dont think and i put a different carb on it and still no power, ive also checked the timing and it good what could be the prob.

I did the samething when I swaped mine in, except instead of switching two, I switched one, and left one off lol. Fixed that, and it still ran like poop, found out the Mech advance wasnt working so I was running 6* timing at all times lol. Fixed that
