fuel coming out of vacuum lines?

I installed a holley afpr on my car and now it squirts fuel out of the vacuum line into the plenum. I turned it off and reinstalled it to make sure i followed the directions right and it still squirts fuel out of the vacuum line and drips from the adjusting **** would could be wrong? I had to put the stock one back on to fix the problem. How can i get holley to replace this one?

im not familiar with the holley afpr, but if it reuses the stock diaphram, sounds like there is a tear in it.

i have the hypertech one which reused the old diaphram.

basically fuel on one side (feed and return) of diaphram, spring and vac on the other.

What did Holley say when you asked them?

Whatever that was, would be a great place to start.
