Running too lean

Engine: 2.8 V6 MPFI
Transmission: TH400
Axle/Gears: Stock
Running too lean

I have a 87 camaro with v6 and duals but heres my question I put the car in the shop and it worked fine yesterday but the engine usually idels at 1000 or 1500 and then i let it sit for a couple hours and then cranked and it quit and then i rev it all little and it was fine but it did it again today so what can be the problem and possible solution
