Car: my blue 91 camaro
Engine: 305ci 5.0
Axle/Gears: nonposi rear dif
will not idle or run for more than 10 seconds
i have a 91 rs with a 5.0 305ci engin
OK here it is my car will start and jump up to about 1250 RPMs and then slowly die if i give it a little gas at 300 RPMs right before it dies i can keep it running and it will jump back up to 1250 and then repeat that process but if i give it too much gas it dies and if i put it in to drive or reverse it dies almost instantly
but while the car is on, there is a slight hissing sound and a kinda loud pop when it dies
So i think it a vacume leek, a profetional thinks its a bad fulepump or filter but hasent actuly see the car, and my friend thinks 2 cilinders might be equalizing throught a head gasket
SO if u have had this problem or might know whats wrong let me know

um yeah i had my step dad look at it and he said that my engen is getting too much fuel and that its probobly a bad fuel injector or o2 sensor
