I know this is a very vague situation but my car has trouble starting up and staying started, it will start but unless i keep my feet on the gas pedalit will turn of, im guessing it just needs new spark plugs probly right?

 

My tbi did that when the fuel pump was going out, change the fuel filter, it is a good cheap starting point.

 

I saw a picture of what a fuel filter looks like located mine then ssaw that there no peice of foam inside of the plastic surrounding what are some of the side effects with that?, low gas milage? Crazy Gas Can Readings? Starting problems?, Much appreciated
