113 heads flow?

113 heads flow?
How much cfm do they flow stock. Are they any better then 083 irons?
Im planning a top half motor rebuild this winter and most likely ditching TPI for LT1 and throwing in a LT4 hotcam with 1.6 RRs...
Should i just keep my 083s and maybe do a little pocket port? My head is doing circles trying to decide what to do...
