There are. They contain "plastisizers", which tend to soften rubber seals. They don't work on cork or very well on silicones like RTV sealant. They also won't fix cracked or worn seals.
I haven't seen or heard of them being very effective. Transmission stop leak is about the only one that I have (other than radiator stop leak).

The ONLY additives that go into ANY of my engines are :Resinoil in a yellow bottle aprox 300 miles b4 an oil change. Lucas products at fluid changes. And Restore in my oldest most worn out motors. IE. The 69/70 F-100 with 302 that has part of the oil skirt snapped of 1 the pistons.(the things so worn out it slapps at high RPM) I swear by Lucas.Took a stump thru the oilpan on the 302 a few yrs back and lost all the oil.Had ta drive it 6 miles out of the TN hills when lived up in Morgan county TN.The thing got hot as heck but to this day still runs fine till ya get the RPM's real high. And the way that things geared thats about 65 mph. It's a 3 speed with a granny low gear for 1st.So 3rd is dang near redline at 65 mph. Then it almost flots out and sounds like a M-16 fireing under the valve covers.
