Fuel pulsing Irratically

Fuel pulsing Irratically
My fuel pressure gauge is pulsing bad... needle just shakes. I do not think it is the gauge because when I grab the ss line you can feel the pulses....
So... what could cause this? Is my pump on its way out?

no clue....
With ignition on, no pulsing... gauge is fine. When you turn car on the gauge pulses... However sometimes it wont pulse... but 3/4 times it will..
