Loud ticking fuel injectors??

As of just late, I have been having some driveability issues.

The rebuilt 350 doesnt seem to have the spirit it had. I feel like i have to work harder to get up hills, and I have to press the peddle all the way to the floor when starting, or else she just wind up a few times but never start.

I think its a fuel problem but not sure. All sensors are replaced and look good with a volt/ohm meter. Have a new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new fpr, and GM reman 22# injectors.

I heard a wierd ticking sound that matched the engine pulse. I thought it was a loose exhaust hanger but when I opened the hood I could hear and feel all 8 injectors making that noise. Is this just something I overlooked in the past and is normal, or is this some sign of impending doom for my injectors?
