HELP, IDLE PROBLEMS

I have 1990 305 TBI Camaro, and when it is idling it will sputter and almost die and then it will rev itself up high. I dont know what could be causing this. Is it possible that I have bad fuel injectors because I can hear a buzzing sound from the injectors when the car sputters. Is there a way I can test the injectors to see if they are okay? Any information you guys can give would be great. Thanks

sounds like a vacuum leak
