Camaro and Winter = Not Starting

hey ive had my camaro not start this winter because of a low battery, and or a cold battery. i had my car toed replaced tha battery and had it starting fine. theres no block heater in my car and no battery warmer(until today). my car sat in my uninsulated garage for 2 days and the outside temperature was about -18 C - -25 C and today when i went to start my car it turned over than caught then quit on me, and it happened again, the nexttime i did it the engine was flooded by then. it seems i have a problem with flooding the engine too, because in the cold the car wont start and catch if you dont give it some gas. today thouigh even if i flooded it i cant see why it didnt start.
8 am went out to start it, and had no go, possibly flooded the engine
12pm attempted starting it and not luck engine turned over but wouldnt start
2 pm tried again and no luck
330 pm tried a boost from another car and still no luck
430 pm got a battery warmer and quickly slapped it around my battery before leaving for work
1100 pm tried to start the car with the battery warmer on and car turned over, started then stalled right away after. also when attempting to start my car the few times i did at 11 pm once the carberator, not sure exactly what happened here but, the airfilter was off and the out of the choke,/ combustion chamber some either soot, or smoke shot up, and then the car stalled. now im inside seeking help.

maybe i flooded it but i let it sit for long periods throughout the day and tried starting it numerous times it numerous times.
if that isnt the case can anyone else suggest anyother reasons as to why my car might not be starting, and gimme a hand, thanks.
