Not starting

hey posted before and got no responses. my camaro hasnt been starting not sure if its the cold, but i plugged in a battery warmer, and got no block heater. car is was sitting in an uninsulated garage for 2 days, think it may have been flooded quite badly, if it still isnt starting now 2 days later what might be wrong?

turning on your headlights in extreme cold temps when the battery is not capable of starting the engine will cause the electorlytes in the battery to start moving again which should give the battery enough juice to turn the engine
