What Rockers can I use?

Got a set of 113 alum. l98 heads. I'm going to take them in to have helicoils put in all the spark plugs holes while the engine is apart. Question is: What lift will the heads handle and will i have to have the valve boss machined down? I'm looking to run an LT4 Hot cam with 1.6 rockers. might as well get it all done at the same time if that's what i need. thanks

Figure on getting it done. At the very least, each valve should be checked for travel with retainer to know what you have. Getting the guides cut for positive-type stem seals is almost always a good plan.
