need help!!!

need to get new serpent belt and tensioner back on! and with tenssioner in place i cant get the belt to stretch to go on all pulleys! is there something i have to loosen first to get it back on?any help would be apreciated!

Axle/Gears: GM 9 bolt 3:27
If you are positive you have the right belt, double check the routing. It won't fit if it isn't routed right.
