hello all, i just picked up my 89 formula. it has a 350 tbi in it. the guy who owned it says that he had a hard time starting it. he says it ran fine. he parked it one day. and when he tried to start it, it would just turn over. i got it yesterday. when i turn the key to start. it smells like its getting too much gas. as i held the petal to the floor she cranked over and started. i let it run 1 minute or so. turned it off. tried again. and all she would do is turn over. is there anyway to control or adjust the fuel flow. or could it be something else. now i have had all tpi cars up until now. this is my first tbi car. and i dont know too much about tbi cars. any help is appreciated. ty
