hey just a couple of things i started noticing, whenever i drive my car hard, when i turn it off it diesels, but when i dont drive it very hard it doesnt really happen. someone said it might be my timing chain/belt, but i have no clue.

ever since ive owned the car the battery trouble light has always flickered on and off when i take my foot off the gas pedal, and sometimes the choke light will flicker when i do this too. when i have the lights turned on though and i take my foot off the gas pedal neither the battery or choke light come on.?

 

Try some sea foam top engine cleaner, or some water in the intake, (do a search it works) you probably have a lot of carbon in the cylinders, and it is probably getting hot when you drive it hard, why it is dieseling.
