Help Identifying a 305

Car: 1992 Camaro RS 25th Anni.
Engine: 5.0l TBI
Transmission: 700R4 Automatic
Axle/Gears: 3.73 Gov lock
Help Identifying a 305

I was told this block was from a 1985 Iroc, but i want to be sure.

The numbers I found are:

Near the rear of the block : GM5.0LG 14010201

Underneath where the head would be : 201

Those are really the only numbers I could see...

Hi guys, i have a GM 5.0 LG in a Cobra replica, need some engine detail to fix some problems with the motor
-valve setting
-firing time setting
- what kind of spark plugs are the best

Engine No is: 14088551
